Manika Yadav, MA, AMFT statement:
" I welcome you in the journey of healing and personal transformation from a wholistic approach of mind, body, & emotions. This may allow you to free yourself from belief systems,
thought patterns and habits that seem to be not working anymore and adversely influencing health, relationships, personal growth and inner peace. Stuck or repressed emotions feed into anxiety,
depression, or anger disrupting one’s mental, physical and social well-being. I work collaboratively in the session with you towards self-actualization & emotional fulfillment. My hope is
to provide a safe space to cultivate awareness.
My practice is based on system’s approach that focuses on treating the whole person keeping the surrounding in mind. Utilizing evidenced-based interventions/protocols I work with individuals
to address issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, addiction, trauma, and personal growth-related concerns. I consider every individual as a whole and unique identity, hence,
understanding clients worldview and working in collaboration with them to establish goals and treatment plans is an integral part of my practice.
I apply from various orientations and trainings as CBT, solution focused brief therapy, Gestalt therapy and Existential therapy to help you manage emotional discomfort and with confidence
& resilience."
